The results are in for this year’s Life Insurer category awards.
In its second year, these awards assign ratings to insurers across six core areas, based on more than 3,000 adviser comments as part of the 2023 Australian Financial Advice Landscape study.
Individual winner and finalist awards acknowledge excellence across user experience, functionality, and adviser support. These are the companies that have provided the best all-round experience for advisers, as voted by advisers.
The announcement of the insurance category awards follows last week's unveiling of the platforms, software providers and research houses, most preferred by advisers.
PPS Mutual takes the top spot as Best Retail Life Insurer for 2023, while NEOS, Zurich, MetLife, TAL and ClearView all received positive satisfaction scores from advisers.
