Terms & Conditions
Competition entry is achieved by completing the 2025 Adviser Landscape survey. The information contained and collected in the survey will remain the property of Adviser Ratings Pty Ltd ABN 18 154 273 640 ("the Promoter"). Entry is open to all registered Australian Financial Planners aged over 18 years. Employees, immediate family members of employees, employees of any company associated with the Promotion are ineligible to enter. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.
The competition begins on 04/11/2024 and closes on 28/02/2025.
Prizes
The winners will receive:
- Prize 1: 2 x tickets - Australian Open Men's Final, section 35 Row AA (valued at $2,600)*
- Prize 2: Pinstripe and ausbiz Marketing Package (valued at $30,000) plus 2 nights accommodation and flights to Sydney for 2 people (valued at $2,400) *
- Prize 3: 2 x 3-day passes F1 Melbourne Champions Club at Brabham hospitality suites with F1 paddock tour 13/03/2025 - 15/03/2025
*Prize 2: Date subject to availability, to be agreed upon by the winner, Pinstripe Media, and ausbiz. All bookings will be handled by Adviser Ratings. Flights and two nights accommodation (one room for two people) will be provided from the winner's business location within Australia.
*Prizes 1 & 3: Winners must arrange their own transportation to the events. Tickets have been pre-purchased by Adviser Ratings.
An Interim Draw for Prize 1 will be held at Adviser Ratings Pty Ltd, Level 22, Tower 3, 300 Barangaroo Avenue, Sydney, NSW on 16/12/2024 at 10:00am AEST.
One winner will be randomly selected using the government-certified and compliant TPAL Electronic Draw System and notified immediately by phone and in writing within seven days.
If the winner cannot accept the prize, a redraw will take place at Adviser Ratings Pty Ltd, Level 22, Tower 3, 300 Barangaroo Avenue, Sydney, NSW on 23/12/2024 at 10:00am AEST, with the new winner notified immediately by phone and in writing within seven days.
All entrants who do not win in the Interim Draw will still be eligible for the final Prize Draw.
The final Prize Draw for prizes 2 & 3 will take place at Adviser Ratings Pty Ltd, Level 22, Tower 3, 300 Barangaroo Avenue, Sydney, NSW, on 03/03/2025 at 10:00 am AEST.
Entry into the final prize draw is automatic when advisers complete the 2025 Adviser Landscape survey.
One winner per prize will be randomly selected by government-certified and compliant TPAL Electronic Draw System and notified immediately by phone and in writing within seven days of this prize draw.
Prize 3 will be drawn first, Prize 2 will be drawn second to ensure that all entries accumulated throughout the promotional period go into this draw and have an equal chance of winning the major prize of the highest value (Prize 2 valued at $32,400) as per schedule 11, regulation 4(1) of Lotteries Regulations 2021.
If the winners cannot accept the prize, a redraw will take place at Adviser Ratings Pty Ltd, Level 22, Tower 3, 300 Barangaroo Avenue, Sydney, NSW on 17/03/2025 at 10:00am AEST, with the new winner notified immediately by phone and in writing within seven days of this prize draw.. The new winner must accept the prize by 31/03/2025.
The winners of all prizes, last name, first initial and postcode will be published in the Adviser Ratings newsletter and on Adviser Ratings social pages within 30 days of all prize draws. Entrants acknowledge the Promoter may utilise the draws, including news of a winner, in marketing and other promotional endeavours.
If a prize becomes unavailable for any reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a prize of equal value. Prizes will be delivered within 21 days of the winner's notification.

The full ticket details and inclusions were announced at the National FAAA Congress on 27 November 2024, publicised on the Adviser ratings website, social pages, these terms and conditions were updated and all entrants of this competition notified via email.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any winner who breaches these rules. The Promoter's decision is final and not subject to appeal or correspondence.

(iii) any problems or technical failures of any kind, including malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems or network, servers or providers, computer equipment, or software;
(iv) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any service whether or not caused by traffic congestion on the Internet or at any Website;
(v) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the competition;
(vi) electronic or human error which may occur in the administration of the competition;
(vii) any loss suffered or sustained, to person or property and including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission, deliberate or negligent, by the Promoter, or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods or services by any person to a prize winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying a winner; or
(viii) any injury or damage to persons or property, including to the participant's or any other person's computer related to, or resulting from, participation or downloading any materials in this competition;
(ix) In the case of the intervention of any outside act, agent or event which prevents or significantly hinders the Promoter's ability to proceed with the competition on the dates and in the manner described in these terms and conditions, including but not limited to vandalism, power failures, tempests, natural disasters, acts of God, civil unrest, strike, war, act of terrorism, the Promoter may in its absolute discretion cancel the competition and recommence it from the start on the same conditions, subject to State or Territory regulation.
