We met Jodie in 2019 as we were looking for financial advice and were going to visit some local advisers before deciding who to go with. Jodie was the first adviser we saw and we did not bother to try any others. My wife and I were immediately at ease with Jodie and felt we could trust her and the rest of the team as on the first visit we were introduced to them all. Jodie put forward her advice which included, income protection and life insurance as well as our wills and estate planning which we acted upon straight away. Since then if there has been changes in our circumstances we contact Jodie and make adjustments to things as need be, we always feel welcome to contact Jodie and her team at any time. Our circumstances changed dramatically in late 2023, my wife became very sick and underwent major surgeries and is not able to work during her ongoing recovery. During this incredibly difficult period Jodie and the whole team have been so supportive and have taken care of all insurance claims and financial issues for us. While this whole time has been very difficult, to have Jodie and her team taking care of so much for us has been invaluable, no body likes to think that these sorts of things can happen, but they do, and had we not met Jodie and the Mad about Life team, my wife and I would be in a potentially very difficult position had we not utilized Jodie's advice, we can't thank her enough.

Jodie and her team provide regular updates. She contacts us by phone and email when anything changes and needs to be discussed. Understands the financial market and explains it in an easy-to-understand way. She provides recommendations as to how to best manage our day-to-day finances. We appreciate her coming to our home to discuss important issues as we feel more relaxed and are happy to share our life achievements with her.

We feel secure in her handling of our finances.
