PJ is a qualified accountant.

PJ is also currently following a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation with the CFA© institute. He is a member of Institute of Public Accountants, faaa, Law Institute of Victoria and CPA.

He operates a success General Practice and Family Doctors Clinic in Melbourne and consults to clinicians on business planning, ownership structures, recruitment and operation of their business or their practices.

With several years of experience in financial services, PJ has served institutional banking at Macquarie bank and has been heading debt and mortgages at multiple large, mid-tier and small firms, as a key person and responsible manager.

In 2015, Elixir Wealth Advisory founded to bring the most expert tax and accounting services, a unique insight of institutional know-how and private wealth management dedicated exclusively to Medical Professionals and Medical Practices.

He spends downtime cycling and playing a game of golf. He is also passionate about tech-startup and venture capital investments and he has been involved with developing tech solutions and platform in Canada, British Columbia.

PJ is currently pursuing a legal studies and training and admission to the Victorian Tax Bar Association.
