Shaun Akroyd

Shaun has a Graduate Diploma of Financial Planning, Commission of Declarations, member of the Financial Advice Association Australia (FAAA) and is an accredited Retirement Living & Aged Care Specialist. Regional Winner & National Finalist of the AMP 2015 New Adviser of the year award. Prior to working for Invest Blue, Shaun first started in Financial Planning with AMP Horizons Financial Planning in 2012 – 2013 and worked with Bravien Financial from 2013 to 2020 and then merged with Invest Blue in 2021.

Shaun loves helping people determine the goals that are important to them in their lives, what is achievable, and live their lives to the fullest. I love being on the journey with my clients year in, year out and being there to celebrate their goals being met and seeing their joy and happiness.

On his spare time and away from the office, Shaun likes to spend time with his wife and children. He also enjoys mountain biking, motorcycles and keeping fit (when he can with two small kiddies).
