I have no words to the amount of help Diana provided to me at our first meeting. I knew l was in the right place and the right person with Diana sitting across the table from me in the meeting room. I trusted and was confident Diana would walk and work with me to the end and obtain the outcome. I am so pleased the outcome was achieved. Diana was always there and immediately was able to take the pressure off me at a time in my life which was difficult being my lovely mother entering aged care.
