Jennifer takes the pain out of dealing with the Aged Care system. Recently we had to put both my parents in residential care. The system is so complex and it's difficult to work out what to do, so Jennifer's extensive knowledge was a godsend. Jennifer took us through all the options and was able to save us prob thousands of dollars. Would highly recommend Jennifer to assist in decision making. 5 star all the way.
