Monika Krell

We have found Monika to be very professional in how she conducts her business and looks after us. Her proposals and documentation is always very well presented and it is clear where signatures are required, if you had to take documents away for signing, but - this is never the case - Monika takes the time to go over everything thoroughly with you, ensuring you know exactly what you are signing and why you are signing it.

If you send an email or text message she will generally respond on the same day. If she is busy she lets you know that she will be in touch later or the next day this is appreciated as you are not left wondering. I have mistakenly sent a message on a Sunday and after realizing it didn't expect to hear from her until the following day, but she did answer me.......... going the extra mile.

I like that Monika is able to explain things simply and numerous times if that is what it takes - and sometimes it does. She also takes the time to attend Centrelink filling in all the appropriate forms etc which is an immense help. She will also deal directly with your accountants so there isn't a third party involved this saves time and errors in communication.

We are very happy with the service provided, and confident in the information and package proposed/provided by Monika that I have retired and my husband is winding down too, confident that we will be looked after as we approach our twilight years. Thank you Monika!!
