I recently attended a (free) ES&A investment workshop. I so enjoyed everything - probably because the speaker (Julie Schafer) was so down to earth and answered questions in such a way that everyone understood. I recommend attending one of their free investment workshops if you are thinking of retiring. We walked away feeling a whole lot clearer about our retirement options after attending. We are not clients of Julie's yet but will definitely be in touch in the future.

Since 1995 Julie Schafer has been involved in managing our investment portfolio. My husband and I have always found Julie to be warm, friendly, courteous and professional in her manner towards us and others. She has offered us good level-headed guidance, aimed at enjoying the journey along the way to building a comfortable self-funded retirement, which we are about to enter.

Good morning Julie, Ellen and staff,

I attended your seminar on the 29th September last year.

I found it extremely interesting and I got some great tips.

I emailed you the next morning that I felt I was a bit out of touch with the others in the group. Ellen rang me and we had a fantastic chat.

I did what she suggested, I filled out the Centrelink forms and just went to see them. I delivered my forms on the 11/2/2022 and only after a couple of weeks got a part pension, I did think that was all I would get, as I am still in a partnership with my husband.

It is the foot in the door, I was quite happy with the part pension, I would have been happy if I had just got the health care card, so to get more was a bonus.

I have talked my husband into not working as much, he needs to slow down, he is 7 years younger than me but as a plumber it is physical work.

So we are off to Tasmania next week, we are away for 5 weeks, a record for us both.

Life is meant to be lived, not just working.

I want to thank you all again for your help and will have no hesitation in recommending you to anyone who needs financial services.
