My most recent experience with Norman has involved his providing me advice with regards to potential property purchases. And, despite all that work and effort, due to my being unsuccessful in obtaining that property, he refused to accept any payment whatsoever for the service provided. Once I found an alternative property, of course Norman was again the first person to whom I turned for advice. Especially given the uncertainty in the property market stemming from this current extended lockdown, it has been overwhelmingly reassuring to once again have the benefit of Norman’s sound advice, guidance and reassurance. Had it not been for that, my hesitation to proceed with that property last Friday would almost certainly have seen me miss out on what I believe will ultimately be an extremely sound investment.
