James McFall

James has been our adviser for many years. We have been very pleased with the advice and manner in which our funds have been managed. It has given us confidence to enjoy our retirement knowing that our investments are being well managed. James communicates regularly with any proposed changes and kept us up to date during this Covid pandemic.

From the moment we met James, he made it clear he was here for us and what we wanted. He was available at all times for any queries or concerns. He clarified what we wanted out of our lives and future in all areas, from investments to insurances and worked with us on how to achieve it. We have been with James for several years, now and are extremely happy with our progression toward our goals and the excellent personal service he and his team have provided at all times. We meet every year to check in on our needs and how we are tracking and they contact us, as needed, explaining any changes being made with our future goals as the focus.

James greets us as very organised and competent adviser. We have valued the process he has used with us primarily a retirement road map with regular updates to our portfolio investments in these no doubt difficult COVID times.

James has given us (wife & me) advice in all areas related to us as self-funded retirees. He has advised re Australian & International investments and pro-actively moved our investments as those scenarios change to our advantage consistently. James has always been able to explain financial management in terms that we lay persons understand, can form a considered judgement of and make informed decisions from. I always know I can ask for advice &/or explanation and promptly received a thorough explanation with supportive facts. We sleep soundly based upon the professional guidance and investment advice provided by James historically & currently (and I am sure into the future!).
