Mick Sykes

For over 10 years we relied on the knowledge of Mick to assist in our obtaining the right insurance for our needs. However, over the years, the insurance landscape has changed in that we can utilise the internet to find the best deals. So last renewal we chose to go direct with an insurer and bypass Mick simply because we got a deal that was exceptionally good and much cheaper that what he offered. Better still it way via the same insurer he proposed. The clincher came when I went back to him and advised this. He had gone from being a really lovely caring man to sending massively rude email responses. Very disappointing. Obviously could not accept he was losing a client. It also makes me wonder has he been ripping us off all these years and taking advantage of our trust. That we will never know.
