Bill was very generous with his time. I did not feel pressured to buy a product. In fact, after several lengthy and free phone conversations, I decided that it was not the right time to engage in Bill’s services. This didn’t prevent Bill from providing me with plenty of helpful advice and ideas for my future financial health. I called Bill for the first time today for some generic advice on Retirement, Superannuation and Investing. He spent over 40 minutes talking with me on different strategies that I was looking at. He was extremely helpful and seemed to be very knowledgeable on each of the subjects I was discussing. When I decide I want more help with Financial advice in the future I will be very comfortable in contacting him to make an official appointment. I cannot thank him enough for putting my mind at rest with my present decisions and I would happily recommend Bill to family and friends if they are looking for advice.
