She has been an Ethical Investment specialist for over 15 years. And has served 10 years on the Responsible Investment Association Australasia Board.

In 2009, the Australian Financial Review’s ‘Smart Investor’ magazine awarded Karen McLeod a place in their Master Class Top 50 Honour Roll (Australia wide). This achievement is based on her technical expertise.

Karen holds the highest level of accreditation in Australia as a Certified Financial Planner TM (CFP). She also holds a Bachelor of Business (with Distinction). She is accredited by the Responsible Investment Association Australasia (RIAA) as a Certified Financial Adviser. Karen is a member of the peak industry association in Australia, the Financial Planning Association (FPA), and the Ethical Advisers' Cooperative.

We charge $330 per hour for an initial Statement of Advice (includes GST). The average fee for an initial Statement of Advice is 10 hours, $3300 (includes GST). We will provide a written fee quote before preparing your Statement of Advice, so that you have peace of mind knowing what the fee will be.

Over the many years Karen has managed. my ethical super fund I have never ceased to be amazed by her diligence, intelligence, integrity and dedication to the "make the world a better place" cause !!!

Karen and Luke have looked after our self-managed super fund for 9 years, during which time it has consistently grown in value. We all have an interest that our collective wealth only has positive impact on the society and world we live in, which is why we choose to invest ethically. The team at Ethical Investment Advisers are great to work with, always prompt and thorough. I have an engineering background and remain impressed by the attention to detail given to make sure our funds are working for all our futures given the complexity of financial systems. Most of all I feel protected from all the 'greenwash' out there which seeks to take our hard-earned effort and divert the value for the gain of the short sighted.
