Joe has been my financial adviser for many years and previously looked after my mother’s folio. His knowledge and expertise is varied and wide. Joe is extremely experienced in the world of financial advice and always professional in his approach either in person or by Teams meetings. He offers a lot of information and is update on all financial matters. Sometimes it is a bit too complex for my understanding, but Joe will then patiently explain all aspects of my superannuation. In late 2023 we informed joe that i would require assistance to lodge a claim through my income protection policy.

For any one navigating through health issues and requiring financial assistance forget expectations of government assistance its a must have personal income protection insurance policy.

From personal experience with my partner going through breast cancer treatment in mid 2000's a very stressful time, her income protection policy was approved and paid in days.

My own recent experience 2023/24 with joe and his team they made sure I was treated with dignity through the claim process.
