I've found Caitlin to be a great asset to Carpenter Barlow having stepped up taking our affairs off a previous consultant/adviser. Caitlin listens, makes suggestions and then works through an agreed process, especially around the maximization of our superannuation, changing insurance needs and plans on debt reduction. The unprompted follow up is well received, particularly as my employment situation has altered a couple of times in the past 15 months.
