As a corporate super specialist with more than 15 years of experience, I help employers and their employees get great outcomes from superannuation. My knowledge comes from working with all wealth platforms; specifically Colonial First State and Espreon Corporate Services in customer service, SMSF management and relationship management.

In the workplace, I am known for my focus on customer service and employee engagement. I’m skilled in working under pressure, managing timelines and solving problems. I enjoy building strong relationships with my clients and their staff and really getting to know their businesses.

Over the years, I have reinforced my work-based experience by completing courses in client engagement, customer service, message delivery, presentation skills and people management. I also have a Diploma of Financial Planning and am currently studying the Masters in Financial Planning.

At work, I am most passionate about helping our people get the most from their super. With a knack for making complex topics simple, I love witnessing those “light bulb” moments when people realise what they can achieve. I enjoy connecting with our people and I’m humbled when they trust me to support them.
