Whilst Jacob excels at the technical aspects of the role, his favourite part is the relationship building with his clients, and he notes that “whilst many people may think financial planning is all about managing money, it’s really much more than that. It’s about uncovering your client’s hopes, dreams, and unspoken fears, and providing them with valuable guidance, counsel, and support when they need it most”.

Jacob works from Back to Back’s Canberra office located on Northbourne Ave (shared with Halletts Chartered Accountants).
