I have known Leeann since she was with the CBA Bank in Gladstone as one of their advisers and have continued to be a Client of hers when she joined Count. I have found her to be very passionate about her work and genuinely interested in giving the best advice to her Clients as she can in any given case. She has a great ability to explain in detail any questions I have if I am not completely understanding some of her advice. From my experience for advice, Leeann is willing to go the extra mile and never makes me feel that anything is too much or a problem for her to check/carry out for me.

From a personal point of view, upon my retirement in 2020, she has been of great assistance with my retirement funds and advice on same. Leeann is a wonderful and truly genuine person and has a big heart and would always be there to help in any way she can.

From a Financial Adviser point of view Leeann offers her advice genuinely from the heart, listens to your every word, helps and puts the interests of her Clients as priority. I have known Leeann since 2016 through the CBA bank. Since losing my husband she has been there to help and advise me with my finances and retirement. Leeann is very passionate about providing quality advice. Her passion, knowledge and genuine interest in achieving the best for me and her clients is what makes Leeann a truly professional financial adviser. She is very understanding, compassionate, kind and helpful. With Leeann it is not about fees and charges, she is genuinely there to help her clients and their financial needs.
