Andrew is very attentive, flexible with meeting arrangements, always in reach when required. Clearly explains and answer all questions, even repetitive questions. Always polite and friendly. Gives highly professional advice and happy to discuss all options. Always proactive. Very satisfied with my current plan. Hope to continue having good relationship with him in future.
