Since my first encounter with Rob, he is always smiling, warm and welcoming. Coming from a foreign country, he ‘held my hand’ and assist me with setting up my finances. Rob assisted a friend of mine; John who I was supporting through his Superannuation and Insurance consolidation. John has been a client of Rob and Adrian's for a number of years, he has barriers to understanding the complexities of his Super and Insurance. Rob was at all times empathetic, patient and above all else, extremely ethical with his dealings with John. I was very cautious at the outset as John could easily be exploited in this situation but I could not be more satisfied with the way Rob and Adrian have gone out of their way to make things work in John's best interest.
