Tom has been my financial adviser since 2021. Over the past 4 years he has, at my request, simplified my superannuation by reducing the number of investment managers and investments, and changed the wrap service to one that gives me better and more accessible performance information, both of which were sources of frustration previously. He has also set up my account based pension, introduced a managed account arrangement to take timely advantage of advice from the asset manager engaged by Integral Private Wealth, proactively recommended tax reduction strategies and introduced a long term forecast tool to assess the range of likely outcomes of my investment and drawdown plans.

Tom is an effective communicator, who is willing to use in person meetings, online meetings, phone calls and emails as appropriate. We have half yearly face to face review meetings (face to face is my choice), for which Tom prepares an agenda to cover current performance, forecast outcomes, opportunities and risks. He also contacts me to explain the changes that he proposes to make to my investments following the quarterly meetings of the asset manager. He has good availability and responds promptly.

Tom demonstrates good understanding of the matters that he discusses and welcomes my questions. He is able to confidently reply to those questions, which I find reassuring.

I have been Tom's client for the past three years. Tom is my first experience of dealing with a financial adviser. In the past I have always managed both my businesses and SMSF independently. Tom has been wonderful to deal with for my family.
