I'm not sure about methods, but Aaron's vocabulary is clear and succinct, limiting jargon, (and I'm sure there a lot of jargon in this industry), to a point where even I could understand everything Aaron explained ie what to expect, what investment means, how to go about it and keeping me up to date with every phone appointment I made. My wife and I are more than happy with Aaron's advice who gives me room to actually consider my options in other words asking me what I would like to do instead of telling me what I should.
