Steve Wong

Steve is a Financial Planner at GPL Financial Group, helping clients identify and achieve their financial goals and objectives.

He first began his career in the financial planning industry in 2006 and has worked in both small and medium sized boutique firms, as well as large firms such as TAL and Mercer. Due to the various roles he has had over the years, Steve has a deep understanding of every step in the advice process and therefore understands where he can offer value to his clients and how he can help them achieve their goals and objectives in their financial journey.

Steve is also passionate about educating his clients about financial concepts and financial literacy, so that they can in turn make informed decisions.

Outside of work, Steve is a dedicated family man, with a beautiful wife and two children (boy and girl). A seasoned martial arts instructor, he instills the values of self-discipline and resilience in young students, bringing the same focus and integrity to financial planning. His rich life experiences, high moral character, and strong work ethic seamlessly complement his role as your trusted financial planner.
