My wife and I are very comfortable with Jeff and his staff, and they always welcome us into their offices. Jeff is honest, easy-going and listens to what we say. He helped me through retirement and I now enjoy a hassle-free retirement - thanks to Jeff. The suite of online tools provided by my superannuation fund, and by Jeff allow me to track my investments and budgets daily - although, and thanks to Jeff - I don't really need to!

I have Jeff on an annual retainer and with good reason. This means that I have access to his advice on tap whenever I need it. Over the last 10 or so years he has saved me two or three times what I pay him each year and so he is excellent value for money. Best of all, he is strictly 'fee-for-service' and so there is no conflict of interest involved with him selling you shares as remuneration for himself. I find that he is able to answer any question that I have (and I have thrown him some extremely complex ones) even if it requires a bit of research on his part. Actually, he is a very smart guy. I also especially like that his advice is not restricted to my wife and myself but just about anything to do with my two daughters. He is all inclusive with his advice.

I wanted to deal with an adviser who is independent and made me feel comfortable and positive, even though my financial situation is poor. Jeff's advice to me over the last 6 years has been invaluable and I feel more confident about my future financial position, something for which I am extremely grateful.
