As we're currently in the USA we first spoke with John via a video call, he immediately put us at ease and made us comfortable answering the various questions we had for him. There was no pressure from him to commit there and then. After several other introductory calls with other advisers at other firms it was clear that John is very knowledgeable and would be able to help us. Since then we've spoken to John on a regular basis regarding our move back to Australia. He put in place a comprehensive plan for us and has executed that plan. There have been several changes made due to changes in our circumstances and John is quick to adapt and ensure we're still doing what's best. He has always been available at short notice for calls and is very responsive to questions via email. What we appreciate about John's approach is that he is clearly knowledgeable in his areas of expertise but also acknowledges when something is outside of his scope, and then makes introductions to his broad network, never leaving you feeling like you're on your own to solve problems. We've been working with John for almost 12 months now and have nothing but positive things to say, he's made us feel comfortable and we now know we have a solid plan in place to get us to where we want to be.

Firstly, John Versace is an absolute delight to deal with. He is ALWAYS prompt with responses, exceptional with follow through, keeps me updated and explains things thoroughly so that I understand - and - all with a wonderful attitude. Secondly, and more importantly, he provides excellent investment advice and tax strategies that address my extremely complex cross border issues between USA and Australia. He is very knowledgeable and has a strong team that supports him. I would not hesitate to recommend him for anyone that is dealing with the horrific US/Oz SMSF issues (or any other cross border issues)..
